# What to prepare to present and market a development

Marketing a development requires images, web content, messaging and the sales response to explain the same project. Before commissioning separate pieces, establish what is approved, what will be offered and what someone requesting information needs to understand.

## Which information can be treated as confirmed?

Collect the dwelling types, plans, finishes and approved development characteristics. Identify outstanding decisions and who must confirm each one before publication.

This starting document prevents an image showing one option while the page describes another. The responsible team should validate commercial information and the terms being communicated.

## What does the buyer need to recognise?

The name, identity and message should help identify the development and its offer. Decide their relationship to the developer brand and the team answering enquiries.

A shared direction helps prepare websites, brochures, signage and adverts. Not every item needs producing at once, but know which will be required and which elements they should share.

### Must the website and renders be commissioned at the same time?

Their schedules can differ. It is worth defining uses, messages and formats together so 3D production accounts for website and campaign needs.

## What should each render explain?

Connect each image to something the buyer still needs to understand. Exteriors, interiors, terraces, shared spaces and layouts answer different questions. Several similar views do not necessarily cover them.

Before closing production, review where each image will be used. A website opening, vertical advert and brochure may need adaptations worth planning from the first camera choices.

- Dwelling types needing their own images.
- Shared spaces that need showing.
- Materials requiring validation.
- Framing and formats for each publication.

## What should someone be able to do on the page?

The page should help locate the project, understand the homes and find how to enquire. Availability, dwelling types and published documents need an owner responsible for updates.

Define what information contact requires and where it goes. With a CRM or sales tool, agree the integration and checks on the journey alongside screen design.

### Does one development need a complete website?

It depends on the information, dwelling types, languages and sales functions. A dedicated page may be sufficient in some cases and too limited in others.

## Separate SEO, campaigns and sales follow up

Organic content and advertising have different timescales and conditions. A campaign needs a destination prepared for its offer. SEO requires readable pages and content answering relevant searches.

Decide which enquiries matter and how their source will be recorded using available tools and permissions. The sales team should be able to distinguish information requests, arranged visits and opportunities progressing further.

## What should be validated before launch?

Agree who confirms information, images, web content and messages. Check forms, contact details, documents and mobile use before sending traffic.

crida studio can connect strategy, identity, 3D, web development and SEO or paid search for a development. The scope is defined by phases and materials so every piece has a role in the launch.

### How can the project be coordinated remotely?

With organised starting material, named approvers and agreed reviews. Plans, references and outstanding decisions need clear versions so the team works from the same base.
