# 3D renders that explain a development before it is built

At crida studio we prepare 3D renders for estate agencies and developers who need to present a project before it can be shown as a completed building. We define the images from the architecture and available materials, with a common visual direction for their commercial use throughout Spain.

## Start with what the development needs to explain

Different images answer different questions. An exterior view places the building. An interior helps someone understand a space. A shared area image explains a facility that could be overlooked on a plan.

Before production, we establish which parts of the project need to be seen and which decisions are approved. Image selection is connected to the website, brochure or campaign material where they will be used.

## Which images are worth considering

The set depends on the development, dwelling types and launch stage. Image numbers and adaptations are agreed before work begins.

A way to organise the visual material for a development

| Image | What it can explain | What needs defining |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Exterior | Volume, access and relationship to the surroundings. | Viewpoint and the state of the surroundings represented. |
| Interior | Layout, scale and proposed finishes. | Dwelling type, materials and furniture references. |
| Shared area | Facilities and communal spaces. | Approved design and included elements. |
| Presentation floor plan | Relationships between rooms and the layout. | Dwelling types, dimensions and level of detail. |

### Can you work from plans if there is no 3D model yet?

Yes, we can assess a commission starting from plans. We first review whether the information supports constructing the base and what modelling or preparation the quotation must cover.

## Plans, references and outstanding decisions

We review plans, dimensions, an existing model where available and material references. Missing modelling or information that needs development becomes part of the scope.

Identify who approves the architecture and finishes. A visual reference can guide the work but does not replace confirmation of the design to be represented.

- Plans and dwelling types to show.
- Approved or outstanding materials and finishes.
- Site and surrounding area references.
- Places where the images will be published.

## Approve the base before producing the final finish

The process separates camera and volume review from materials, lighting and finishing. Decisions can then be considered before a change affects the entire series.

The proposal specifies review rounds, contacts and dates dependent on approval. A new dwelling type or a change to the design needs a scope review.

### Can we show finishes that are still being decided?

We can work on visual proposals when they are identified as proposals and an approver is agreed. Before using an image commercially, check that the representation matches approved project information.

## Prepare the images for each use

A horizontal website image and a vertical campaign image need compatible compositions. Planning their uses early helps establish the framing and space each image needs.

crida studio can coordinate 3D work with the development identity, website and digital acquisition. Copy and imagery should distinguish the proposed design from the confirmed information the sales team will communicate.

## Working with teams throughout Spain

Plans, reviews and deliveries can be organised remotely. From Girona we agree with each team what will be reviewed, which files will be provided and who makes the decisions.

A quotation depends on preparing the base, views, dwelling types, finishes and formats. We need to review these elements and the actual launch schedule to assess the commission.

### Can the commission include the development website and marketing?

We can propose a project connecting identity, 3D, web, SEO and paid search. Each area and its deliverables are specified in the proposal, along with advertising spend where applicable.

## The crida perspective

We are a marketing, brand and technology studio based in Girona. We bring identity, content and development together so a digital experience makes sense from beginning to end.
