My Happy Retreats — A retreat starts before the journey.

My Happy Retreats · case study

My Happy Retreats is a Swiss wellbeing brand offering international experiences. crida studio refreshed its identity and built an accessible digital ecosystem —content architecture, UX/UI, SEO, SEM and enquiry journeys— so inspiration, understanding, trust and acquisition could work as one experience.

The challenge

The journey has not happened yet. The decision has.

A retreat is chosen before it can be experienced. The task was to make a future experience imaginable, organise enough information to understand it and build trust before asking for any contact.

That is why the system is built around three clear actions: picture yourself in the place, understand the experience and feel confident in the decision.

01 Imagine

Make tangible an experience that has not started yet.

02 Aderstand

Provide enough context for the retreat to explain itself clearly.

03 Trust

Take the person all the way to a real enquiry, without friction.

One brand · four atmospheres

When the place changes, the light changes too.

Four experiences with very different rhythms. The system had to create coherence without flattening them: each name becomes its own landscape.

Kiental

Alps, stillness and clean air.

02 · SenegalBack to the roots
Abéné

Warmth, roots and connection.

03 · CubaDance & connect
Havana

Rhythm, city and human energy.

04 · SpainMind & body
Formentera

Turquoise, space and lightness.

Identity

A brand that fits without imposing itself.

We refreshed the logo and visual system so the brand could travel across very different landscapes, cultures and experiences without losing recognition.

One identity. Different rhythms, places and ways of experiencing wellbeing.

Digital

Everything finds its place.

Programme, team, accommodation, practical information and contact. The interface had to organise extensive content without competing with the experience.

From searching for an experience to finding this one.

SEO and SEM connect real intent with the right retreat. Traffic only matters if the person arrives, understands and can start a conversation.
