Breath Coaching — It all starts with air.

Breath Coaching by Catherine Rusconi is a Swiss coaching and wellbeing project with an international outlook. crida studio defined the strategy, UX/UI and digital experience so that companies and individuals can understand it clearly, at the rhythm of the breath.

Inhale clarity · exhale noise

Switzerland.

One brand. Two audiences. A journey designed to give every idea space, rhythm and air.

crida studio scope Strategy · structure · B2B narrative · UX/UI · SEO · conversion · accessibility

Giving shape to what you only notice when you stop.

Breathwork cannot be touched. It is felt in the body, in attention and in the way we are. The website had to make that value visible without turning it into empty promises.

For people · Individual

Personal.

Calm, energy, presence and personal change. An approachable entry point for returning to the body and reclaiming mental space.

For companies and teams

B2B.

Stress, resilience, focus and wellbeing. A proposition that People and HR teams can understand, activate and bring into the organisation.

Calm that also speaks business.

Programmes, workshops, webinars, lunch & learns, VIP sessions, team events and retreats, explained through an architecture that makes decisions easier.

Rigour for the company. Humanity for people.

Trust is not explained. It is felt.

The brand was already at home in demanding corporate environments. Its new digital presence had to match that level: calm, precise and credible.

A journey with the rhythm of a breath.

Each screen answers one question and leaves space before the next. The architecture guides without forcing, interrupting or rushing.

Inhale · CompaniesA clear entry point to the corporate proposition and B2B services.
Guide · IndividualsA personal, approachable and easy-to-recognise doorway.
Go deeper · WhyThe value of the method before asking for trust.
Connect · CatherineExperience, authority and a human voice at the centre.
Integrate · ContentEducation, positioning and editorial depth.
Exhale · ContactA clear ending that turns interest into conversation.
Catherine Rusconi in a mountain landscape.

A human voice at the centre of everything.

Catherine combines HR experience, years inside major companies and more than a decade as a Health Manager. Her presence is not decoration: it is trust, knowledge and connection.

The interface sets the pace. Not the noise.

Hierarchy, space and a reading experience that never rushes. The website supports the service with a clear, accessible and natural experience on every screen.

Inhale.Understand.Exhale.Act.

Conversion was never meant to chase anyone. First comes understanding. Then trust. Only then does contact become the natural next step.

Switzerland · international context

One breath, four languages.

Communication had to keep the same tone in English, German, French and Italian. A flexible, clear and universal enough system to move across markets without losing its voice.
