Work out the cost of your website and marketing
Pick the website, the brand work and anything else you need, then add SEO or Google Ads if you also want to count what is paid every month. The calculator adds up the starting price of each service, keeps one-off work apart from monthly fees and gives you the total for the months you choose, first without VAT and then with Spanish VAT at 21 %.
The result is the starting price, the minimum each service costs without add-ons. The final figure depends on the number of pages and languages, who writes the copy and what the website has to connect to. The calculator does not store or send anything, and your selection is gone when you close the page.
How it is calculated
- One-off work = website + brand + renders × price per image + videos × €2,500 + processes × €1,200 + AI assistant
- Every month = SEO + Google Ads management
- Total = one-off work + every month × months
- VAT = total × 21 %, and total including VAT = total + VAT
- On top, AI usage for the assistant, €20 to €300 a month, and ad spend, which you pay to Google
Starting prices, excluding VAT
- Simple template website, from €1,200
- Custom WordPress business website, from €3,000
- Online shop, from €4,000
- New brand, from €3,500, and rebrand, from €4,000
- Product render on a neutral background, from €250 per image, and interior of one room, from €350 per image
- Pack of 3 to 5 images, from €2,000
- Explainer video of 60 to 90 seconds, from €2,500
- Automating one process across two or three tools, from €1,200
- AI assistant for your website, from €2,000, plus €20 to €300 a month for AI usage and maintenance

- Google Ads management, from €790 a month, plus ad spend
- Optional website maintenance, €60 to €150 a month, with the first month included
- Domain, €10 to €40 a year, and hosting, €100 to €300 a year
For example, a custom business website with a new brand starts at €6,500, or €7,865 with Spanish VAT at 21 %.
The final price depends on the number of pages and languages, who writes the copy and what the site has to connect to. You get the fixed quote in writing within five working days, after a thirty-minute call with no commitment.
The 21 % rate is Spanish VAT for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. In the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or for a company outside Spain, Spanish VAT may not apply, and the written quote states which tax it carries.
Everything is calculated in this browser. Nothing is stored or sent.
What each starting price includes
A simple template website starts at €1,200 and has three to five pages in one language, with your own copy, a contact form, a map and an hour of training. A custom WordPress business website starts at €3,000 and has five to eight pages with an original design. If you are unsure whether a bespoke website or a template suits you, compare what each one gives you first.
An online shop starts at €4,000 with up to 50 products in one language, with payments and shipping set up. A new brand starts at €3,500 with a logo, colours, typography, a short brand guide and the basic applications. A rebrand starts at €4,000, and we do not design a logo on its own.
A product render on a neutral background starts at €250 per image for one view, and an interior of one room at €350. Both come with two rounds of revisions, and a pack of 3 to 5 images starts at €2,000. A 60 to 90 second explainer video with script, 2D animation and voice-over in one language starts at €2,500.
Automating one process across two or three tools starts at €1,200, with testing and documentation. An AI assistant for your website starts at €2,000, plus €20 to €300 a month for AI usage and maintenance. The pricing page has the full card for each service, with what can be added to it.
Can I order just a logo?
No. We do not design a logo on its own, because the brand has to say what you do today. A new brand starts at €3,500 excluding VAT and includes a logo, colours, typography, a short brand guide and the basic applications. If you already have a brand and want to bring it up to date, a rebrand starts at €4,000.
Why these are starting prices and what pushes them up
They are starting prices because one five-page website can cost twice as much as another. Four things decide it. How many pages the site has, how many languages it needs, who writes the copy and what it has to connect to, such as a CRM, a booking system or an ERP.
Each service has published add-ons. A simple website can grow to eight pages or a second language, and a custom one to ten or twenty pages in three languages, with a blog or copy written by us. If the site needs bookings, private areas or an ERP connection, custom development starts at €8,000.
So before you compare offers, list what the website has to do and give every studio the same scope. When you compare web design proposals, look at what each price includes and not only at the final figure.
Is the calculator’s figure the final price?
No. It is the sum of the starting prices, the minimum for each service without add-ons. The final price depends on the number of pages and languages, who writes the copy and what the website has to connect to. You get it in writing within five working days, after a thirty-minute call with no commitment.

Check my budgetWhat you pay every month and for how long
Monthly SEO starts at €450 a month and covers local SEO, your Google Business Profile, your key pages and a monthly report. Plan on three to six months at the very least, which is why the calculator starts at 12 months. If your market is national or international, that SEO is quoted as an add-on.
Google Ads management starts at €790 a month and includes search campaigns, lead tracking and a monthly report. Ad spend is separate. You pay it to Google from your own account, before or after the ads run depending on how the account is set up, and it makes sense from €900 a month.
Two things Google says help with the sums. Advertising with Google has no effect on your site’s presence in the organic search results, so SEO and ads are separate budget lines. And for most campaigns, Google never charges more than 30.4 times your average daily budget in a month. Multiply your daily budget by 30.4 to get the monthly maximum.
Some costs come with any website, whoever builds it. Maintenance with updates, backups and monitoring runs from €60 to €150 a month, a domain from €10 to €40 a year and hosting from €100 to €300 a year. The calculator leaves them out because they are paid separately and quoted as ranges.
How much should I budget for Google Ads?
There are two amounts. Management starts at €790 a month excluding VAT, and the ad spend is paid separately, straight to Google. It makes sense from €900 a month, because below that there is not enough data to improve the campaigns. Over a year that is at least €10,800 in ads and €9,480 in management.
Three worked examples with the published prices
A company launching a new brand and website. A new brand starts at €3,500 and a custom business website at €3,000. That makes €6,500 before VAT, €1,365 of Spanish VAT and €7,865 in total. The brand takes five to eight weeks, and the website six to ten weeks from when the copy and images are ready.
An online shop that wants to be found on Google. The shop starts at €4,000 and six months of SEO at €2,700. The first six months add up to €6,700 before VAT, or €8,107 with Spanish VAT. If the SEO carries on, each extra month adds €450. We used six months because SEO needs three to six months at the very least.
A business that wants enquiries straight away. A simple website starts at €1,200 and Google Ads management at €790 a month. Over 12 months that comes to €10,680 before VAT, or €12,922.80 with Spanish VAT. Ad spend comes on top and makes sense from €900 a month, so allow at least €10,800 a year paid to Google.
Why does the calculator add 21 % VAT?
Because 21 % is the general VAT rate in Spain, under article 90 of Law 37/1992. All the prices exclude VAT, and the calculator shows it on a separate line. If your company is based outside Spain, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, Spanish VAT may not apply, and the proposal states which tax it carries.
How long it takes and how you get a fixed quote
The usual timelines are published too. A simple website takes three to four weeks. A custom website takes six to ten weeks from when the copy and images are ready. A new brand takes five to eight weeks, and a render one to two weeks per image. Other timelines are set out in the proposal.
A fixed quote starts with a thirty-minute call with no commitment, where you tell us what you need. Within five working days you get a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price. The work then runs in phases, and you see each phase before the next one starts.
When the work is finished, you get the website with full access. The first month after launch is included, and after that monthly maintenance is optional. The website is yours, with the domain, hosting and logins in your name and no lock-in.
Does the calculator store or send what I enter?
No. Everything is calculated in your browser by a small script, and nothing is sent to crida studio or anyone else. Your selection is not stored anywhere and disappears when you close or reload the page. If you want to keep the result, take a screenshot or note the figures before you leave.
What you can do today before asking for a quote
These four steps will get you to the call with what it takes to fix the figure in a single conversation. You do not need to have everything decided, but you should know what is essential now and what can wait for a second phase.
- Run the calculation with what you need now, then again with what could wait.
- Note how many pages and languages the website will have, who will write the copy and what it has to connect to.
- Decide how much you can put into SEO or ads each month, and for how many months.
- Book the thirty-minute call and ask for the quote in writing.
