One initiative may need several ways in
A university campaign, a public programme and a cultural initiative call for different explanations. People need to understand the offer, who it is for, what to prepare and how to take the next step.
We review the brief, available information and audience tasks before defining the materials. The website should help people find an answer, and the campaign should keep its message consistent with that destination.
- Presenting programmes, services, calls or initiatives.
- Campaign pages and materials with a shared visual direction.
- Clear routes to information, registration or contact as the project requires.
Can you develop a website from an existing creative direction?
Yes. We can act as a development partner alongside the creative team or lead agency. We review design, content, interactions and requirements before defining the implementation and deliverables.
Preparing content and approvals before production
We agree points of contact, a review timetable and acceptance criteria. Where several departments are involved, we define which information each team needs to approve and how changes will be incorporated.
We can work on strategy, campaign identity, content and web development, or act as an implementation partner alongside an agency or creative team. Each contribution is identified in the proposal.
Do you work with universities and public bodies outside Girona?
The offer covers projects throughout Spain. Collaboration, languages, meetings and handover are agreed around the brief and its requirements.
A handover the team can use afterwards
In the Spanish public sector, Royal Decree 1112/2018 requires an accessibility statement that is linked from every page of the website and updated at least once a year.
Mobile navigation, languages, readability and accessibility needs are defined at the start. Specific project requirements, hosting, integrations, documentation and maintenance are reviewed before the scope is agreed.
Where a specification or tender brief exists, we use it to assess feasibility and prepare a proposal with deliverables, responsibilities and review criteria.
In the July 2023 review by Spain’s Web Accessibility Observatory, only 2 of the 750 local government websites analysed, 0.27%, were estimated to be fully compliant with all of its checks.
- Information architecture and content the team can review.
- Design and development with agreed use and handover criteria.
- Training, documentation or maintenance where included in the brief.
An education project with each team’s contribution identified
The ERAM campaign is a public reference for crida studio’s implementation work. Aire i Forma defined the creative direction and crida studio developed an interactive website that adapts to different screens.
The case lets you review the technical work and collaboration between teams. Campaign authorship and website implementation remain clearly credited.

What do you need to assess a project or tender brief?
The objective, audiences, available materials and timetable give us a starting point. Requirements and acceptance criteria let us assess feasibility, prepare questions and define a proposal.
